Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Târgu Mureș. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, and a proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies. This is an on-site, full-time position that offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the marketing efforts of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage multi-channel online campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC).
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to drive growth and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Oversee product launches, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Create engaging content and marketing materials for various digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Strong experience with managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of the platforms' tools and strategies.
- Proficiency in English, Hungarian, and Romanian language is required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing online campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms or B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing software.
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation and copywriting.
