Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front-End Developer. As a Front-End Developer you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and user-friendly websites. Collaborating closely with our design and back-end teams, you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into seamless, high-performance user interfaces. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, coupled with proficiency in popular front-end frameworks, will contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that elevate the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to translate UI/UX designs into responsive websites.
- Implement and maintain high-quality code to ensure the functionality, performance, and responsiveness of our webshops.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in front-end technologies.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to establish and implement best practices for front-end development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to the collaborative culture of PrestaChamps.
