If the customer wants to keep custom settings, re-creating them on the new version will incur additional charges!

Store upgrade procedure
1. The store is copied to our test server. 2. It will be placed in maintenance mode and hidden from Google to avoid duplication issues. 3. The upgrade will begin on the test server. 4. As soon as the update process is complete, the Prestachamps.com support team will perform all tests to verify that the shop is working properly. 5. Upon completion of the tests, the support team will move the updated version to the "Live" 6. The latest tests will be performed on the installed version and the store can be activated.
